Expert Inspections. Stellar Service. Affordable Prices.

Hello, my name is Billy Trew the owner/inspector of B Trew Home Inspection Services. I understand buying a new home is probably the most significant investment you’ll ever make. My goal is to help you be an educated buyer and make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. I enjoy helping my clients in this process as customer service is my highest priority.

I have done over 2000 inspections in the East Tennessee Area since 2018 and I am a member of both the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and InterNACHI. I want to help you to get the most benefit from the inspection, to gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your home and to get answers to all your questions, so I know I have addressed all your concerns.

My comprehensive inspection reports are generated within 24 hours of the inspection and are e-mailed to you so that they can be read in the privacy of your home without other influences or distractions. If there are any questions, I am just a phone call away.
